I am planning to provide a daily up-to-the-date information blog on the Coronavirus (Co-Vid-190 pandemic of 2020. Hopefully I can begin provide real time information, stories, and trends to help people navigate through the crisis. The numbers are provided by various world health organization and the American NHS and CDC. The USA continues to lead the world in the total number of cases with Italy coming in second with 97,689. Italy also leads the world in the total number of deaths at 10,779, with Span coming in second with 6,803.
TOTAL CASES: The United States continues to lead the world with a total of 142,047, with Italy coming in second with 97,689.
NEW CASES: The United States lead the world in new cases at 18,469 in the last 24 hours., with Spain coming in second with 6,875 new cases in the last 24 hours.
TOTAL DEATHS: Italy continues to lead the world in deaths at 10,779, with Spain coming in second at 6,803.
NEW DEATHS: Spain continues to lead the world in the number of new deaths at 821 in the last 24 hours, with Italy coming in a close second at 756 in the last 24 hours.
RECOVERIES: China leads in the number of recovered cases, with Spain comes in a distant second with 14,709 recoveries.
TOTAL ACTIVE CASES: USA currently have 135,004 active cases, with Italy coming in second with a total of 73,880 active cases.
SERIOUS AND CRITIAL ACTIVE CASES: France have the most active cases at 4,632 that are serious or critical condition, with Spain close behind with active cases at 4,165 that are serious or critical condition.

STATE COMPARISONS
TOTAL CASES: New York continues to lead the country with 59,648 cases, with New Jersey coming in a distant second at 13,386 total cases.
TOTAL DEATHS: New York had 965 total deaths with Washington State at 200 total deaths.
ACTIVE CASES: New York currently has 55,111 active cases with New Jersey coming in second at 13,225 current active cases.
TOP FIVE STATE WITH THE HIGHEST TOTAL OF CASES ARE: New York, New Jersey, California, Michigan, and Massachusetts
TOP FIVE STATES WITH THE HIGHEST DEATH TOLL ARE: New York, Washington State, New Jersey, Louisiana, Michigat, and California.
TRENDS: New York continues to have the highest day by day increases with New Jersey and Illinois trending right behind New York over a three day period.
Wyoming has the lowest number of total cases at 87 with no deaths recorded. North and South Dakota are only the other two states to have under a 100 total cases recorded.
These number are representative ot the cases reported and could change drastically as more test becomes available. With an incabation period of anywhere from 2 days to 14 days, we could see more cases, and more hospitalization within the next few weeks.
Among the deaths yesterday, the United States has a total of 18,469 new cases, and 264 new deaths. Among the deaths: a 42-year-old woman in Arkansas with no pre-existing health condition, (and who had never been hospitalized before, according to her sister) who felt “a little sick” on March 15 and thought it to be a cold or a sinus infection. After developing shortness of breath and cought that wouldn’t go away, she was admitted to the hospital on March 24, and tested positive to CoVid-19. She was put on a ventilator in ICU and, after 4 days (on Saturday, March 28) she died.
