In Washington DC, it is illegal for an individual or group to participate in crowding, obstructing, or incommoding. (Please read what my definition is)
Now I would usually comment how stupid these laws are if I only knew what these three event were. If you already know, the I commend you, but I will try and figure it out.
HERE IS WHAT I THINK EACH ONE COULD MEAN
TO PARTICIPATE IN CROWDING
Too many people in long lines at a concert? NO!
Too many people at Wal-Mart on Black Friday? NO!
Too many people in the grocery store check out line? NO!
Too many people at Trump’s inauguration? COULD BE!
TO PARTICIPATE IN OBSTRUCTING
Someone building a large skyscraper blocking your view of the beach? NO!
That tall guy sitting in the front row blocking your view in a theater? NO!
It’s that large truck parked next to you blocking your view of oncoming traffic while backing up? NO!
Someone putting their hand in your face, saying talk to the hand? COULD BE!
TO PARTICIPATE IN INCOMMODING (this is my favorite one)
Someone taking a dump in the middle of the road? NO!
Breaking the padlock on an outside portal potty and using the commode? NO!
Too many people on the commuter train making you commode with each other? COULD BE!
